When visitors write comments on the website, we collect the data that is shown in the coment form and the visitors IP-address and the browser’s user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonomous string which is created from your email address (also called a hash), can be delivered to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After aproval of your comment, will your profil picture be shown publicaly along with your comment.

Media

If you upload pictures to the website, then you should avoid using pictures with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors on the website can download and extract all location data from pictures on the website.

Contact form

Your contact information will be collected when you fill out our contact form. The information is collected to enable us to answer your requests. The data is only stored as long as necesary.

If you write a comment on our website, then you can choose to save your name, email address and website cookies. These are for your convenience, so that you do not have to fill out your information again when you write another comment. These cookies will last a year.

If you write a comment, then your comment and its meta data will be preserved for an unspecific amount of time. This is to make it possible for us to recognize and accept any follow up comment automatic instead of having them in a moderation line.

For users who creates an account for our website (if any), we also save the personal information they give to their user profil. All users can see, edit or delete their personal information at any time (with the exeption that they cannot edit their username). The website administrators can also see and edit the information. Data collected by Google Analytics will be saved for an unspecific amount of time for analysis of our website. the data will not be used to identify you and your contact information will NOT be collected through this tracking.

What rights do you have over your data

If you have an account on this website or have written a comment, then you can ask to get a exported file with the personal data we have on you including all the data you have given us. You can also ask that all personal data about you will be deleted. This does not include any kind of data we are bound to keep for administrative, statutory or safety reasons.

We use Google Analytics to collect data, to optimize and maintain our website. We also use Sharpspring to collect data from our website, but only if you contact us through our contact form or sign up for our newsletter. We only do so, for the functionallity of the services to work.

Which automized desitions and/or profiling we make with the user data

We only make automized profiling in our analysis of our website. Contact information and other things like that will not get collected or used for profiling.
